Installing the Application
Hint! If you are installing the printer through a USB connection,
scroll to the bottom of the Available Ports list and select USB
Printer Port, then click OK. If you are using a serial connection,
select the desired port, then click Configure Port. Follow the
on-screen instructions and the documentation that accompanied
your PC to configure the port settings. See also the instructions
provided in the
VisiMate™ Specialty Printing Systems User’s
Guide
.
If you chose not to install the VisiMate™ System printer or after you
set up the printer port, the system begins installing the application
and its components.
12. Select one of the following options:
•Click Yes to add the application icon to your desktop.
•Click No to leave the application accessible only from the Start
menu.
13. Click Finish to complete the installation.
14. If you installed the VisiMate™ System printer driver, you must
restart your PC. Select one of the following:
•Click Yes to restart your PC now.
•Click No to restart your PC at a later time.
