Installing Application Components

7. Select one of the following install options:
• Custom: Installs requested components. This option is
recommended for advanced users. Use this option to install
template creation capabilities.
• Typical: Installs with the most common components. This is the
installation default. This option is recommended for most
users.
8. Select the components you want to install, then click Next. The
following are brief descriptions of each of the components:
• GalaRio: Installs the application program files, templates, help
files, sample databases, and sample graphics. This is a default
setting.
• Template Design Capability: Installs the Template Design
module which allows you to create and save your own templates.
The Select Printer Specific Templates dialog box appears.
9. Select the printer(s) that you intend to use with the GalaRio™
application. Click Next to continue. The Select Program Folder
dialog box appears.
Note: If you install a PosterPrinter™ System and a VisiMate™
System template at the same time, the installation could take
several minutes.
10. When the Select Program Folder dialog box appears, select a name
for the program folder in Windows®, then click Next to continue.
The system begins installing the application.
Hint! The default folder is GalaRio 2. To create a new name, type the
desired name in the Program Folders text box, then click
Next to continue.
11. If you installed the VisiMate™ System print driver, the Choose
Printer Port dialog box opens and you must click the port you want
to use.
