Creating Specialty Output

Working with My Templates
You can save frequently-used templates in the My Templates category.
Access templates saved in My Templates by using the procedure in To
create an output using a template on page 5-6. Use the following
procedures to add templates to the My Templates.
To add a template to My Templates
1. Select Create New Document from the Document Type dialog box
(
Figure 4-1 on page 4-3).
2. Select a printer.
3. Select a template category and subcategory where available.
4. Click OK.
5. Select a category and, if necessary, a subcategory from the Create
New Document dialog box (
Figure 5-1 on page 5-6).
6. Select a template.
7. Click Add to My Templates. The Add Template to My Templates
dialog box appears.
Option Description
Subcategory Selects a subcategory within the main graphic category. This
option only appears if there are multiple subcategories within
the selected graphic category.
Graphic preview Displays a preview of the selected graphic.

Allows you to select the graphic you want to use for your
output. Click once on the graphic you want to select it.
Show color
graphics
Allows you to display color or monochrome graphics. This
option only appears if your printer supports color printing.
Browse Allows you to select a graphic from outside of the application.
