Printing Outputs
Printing Outputs
You can print outputs using one of the following methods:
z
Use the Print command to print single outputs.
z
Use the QuickPrint List command to print multiple outputs
without saving the outputs first.
z
Use the Batch Print command to print multiple saved outputs.
Print
The Print command prints the open output to the printer you selected
when you started the application. Use the following procedure to print
your outputs.
Note: You can also print outputs from the Document Type dialog box
(
Figure 4-1 on page 4-3). Select Print saved documents. The
available folders appear.
To print an output
1. With the desired output displayed in the main window, select Print
from the File menu or click
on the Standard toolbar. The Print
dialog box appears.
