Batch printing

You can print several saved outputs in a batch using the Batch Print

feature. Unlike the QuickPrint feature, all the files in the batch job

must be saved before printing.

Note: Batch printing posters and banners is not recommended. The

cutting feature in the PosterPrinter™ Systems is more efficient

if posters and banners are printed individually.

Your batch job is printed using the installed ribbon and media size

regardless of the media you chose. Therefore, use the batch print feature

for all the items you want to print on the same supply. If an output is

larger than the media size in the printer, the system tiles the print job.

Hint! If you are using a VisiMate™ System, it is recommended that

you use the Advanced Supply Saver feature when batch printing

to maximize the use of your printing supplies. For more

Use the following procedures to add and remove saved outputs from the

batch print list.

To add outputs to the batch print list

1. Open an output that you want to add to the batch print job.

Note: You can also access the Batch Print dialog box by selecting

Print saved documents from the Document Type dialog box

(Figure 4-1 on page 4-3).
