Creating Specialty Output Using Templates
Entering data in template prompts
The template wizard displays a series of screens that prompt you to
enter requested information. The following sections describe each
prompt screen.
Text prompt
The text prompt screen allows you to type new text, create new text
lists, or use existing text lists. Text entered at a text prompt is held
within a single text object.
Creating a text list allows you to enter a list of text items that will be
applied to the same text object in multiple outputs. The text items you
enter create a mini-database that prints a new output for each item in
the list. If you want to create multiple outputs from a previously saved
text list, you can select the Use text list option in any Text prompt. For
example, if you wanted to enter a class list of all your students, one
output, such as a nametag, would print for each name in the text list.
