Creating Specialty Output

The following table describes the options available on the text prompt.
Option Description
Prompt Indicates the type of data to enter.
Text entry field Allows you to type the text data to use in the output. If you are
creating a text list, you must press ENTER between list items.
If you do not press ENTER between items, all the text will be
considered one item.
Prompt
sequence
Indicates the specific prompt you are currently on and the
total number of prompts in the template.
Use text list When selected, allows you to create text lists that can be
used when creating future outputs. Additional fields display
when this option is selected that allow you to save a text list
or open a previously saved text list.
Open list Opens a saved text list. Available only when the Use text list
option is selected.
Save list Saves the current data in the text field as a text list,
independent of the output currently being created. The text
list can then be accessed in other templates and outputs
using the Open list button. Available only when the Use text
list option is selected.
Back Displays the previous prompt for the template. If no previous
prompt is available, this option is unavailable.
Next Displays the next prompt for the template. This button
changes to Finish when no additional prompts are available.
Finish Indicates that the current prompt sequence is complete. The
program exits the prompt sequence and displays the output
in the main application window. This button is only available
when there are no additional prompts in the sequence.
Cancel Quits the prompt sequence without completing the process.
The incomplete output displays in the main application
window.
Help Accesses the on-line help feature. For more information
about on-line help, see Chapter 3: Using Online Help.
