Template Categories
Template Categories
The table below offers a brief description of each of the template
categories. The contents of each template category are described in
detail in the
GalaRio™ Templates & Graphics Guide
. The following
section, Creating Specialty Output Using Templates on page 5-4
,
describes how to use templates to create your specialty outputs.
Note: The templates that appear in the Create New Document dialog
box depend upon the type of printer you select. Templates that
are available only for the VisiMate™ System are indicated
below.
Basic Template Allows you to select a template from a list of pre-
designed layouts. The template prompts you to enter
your choice of text and graphics.
Borders Allows you to select a border shape for your specialty
output from a list of pre-selected graphic outlines.
Building Signage Allows you to select from a list of pre-selected
directional signs such as cafeteria signs, exit signs, door
signs, name plates, etc. Templates available for the
VisiMate™ System only.
Calendars Allows you to create monthly poster calendars, school
schedules, stickers for key calendar events, and labels
for your monthly calendar headings.
Classroom Allows you to create classroom specific outputs such as
welcome letters for bulletin boards, Star Reader awards,
drawer labels, desk strips, and school value statements.
