Creating Specialty Output

5. Select category and subcategory where available.
6. Select a template. A preview of the selected template appears to the
right of the selected template.
7. Verify the output size. To change the output size, click Change
Sizes and select new settings.
Note: The output size does not appear for PosterPrinter™ Systems
because the sizing is handled in the PosterPrinter™ System
driver.
Hint! If you are using a VisiMate™ System, you can also change the
output size later by selecting Properties from the Document
menu; however, objects are not automatically sized when you
change the output size in Properties. See the next section,
Working with My Templates on page 5-11.
8. Click OK to continue.
9. Prompt screens appear for data that is required to populate the
output. Complete the requested data, and click OK to proceed
through the prompts. For more information on template prompts,
see
Entering data in template prompts on page 5-8.
Hint! You can change information that you enter in template prompts
after the fact by clicking
on the Draw toolbar.
If you don’t
want to enter text for the current prompt, just click Next or
Finish without entering any information. You can also click
Cancel to stop the prompting process for the template. You can
then enter information directly into the editing window.
10. Click Finish on the last prompt screen to accept the changes.
