Creating Custom Templates
Hint! To edit a template prompt for an existing object, select
Properties from the Object menu and click the Prompt tab. To
create a prompt for a newly-created object, select Properties
from the Object menu and click the Data Source tab. Select the
Template Prompt option.
12. To change the template’s advanced features, click Advanced and
select one of the following features:
• Scalable: The template sizes according to the output size you
select. If you are using a VisiMate™ system, you can use this to
change the output size.
• Fixed: The template stays the same size. Set the size in the
Width and Height options. You can use this for outputs that you
always want to remain the same size, such as buttons and
magnets.
• Preset: The template is set to a certain size, but you can change
the size when desired. Set the preset size in the Width and
Height options. You can use this for outputs for which you
normally use a specific size of label, such as a bumper sticker.
However, this option gives you the choice to change the output
size if desired.
