Using Online Help

Viewing Help Topics and Descriptions
You can obtain a description of any menu item, icon, button, or dialog
box in the GalaRio™ Template Gallery application. Use the following
procedures to obtain help topics and descriptions.
To view menu item descriptions
1. Click the Help button on the application toolbar. A cursor with a
question mark appears, as shown on the left.
2. Click on an item to display the associated help window. For
example, you can select a drop-down menu, and then click the menu
item for a description of that item.
To view icon and button descriptions
Place the cursor over a GalaRio™ toolbar icon without clicking.
The name of the button appears briefly, and the status bar, at the
bottom of the window, displays a description of the button. In addition,
the status bar also displays a short description of each menu command.
To view help topics from dialog boxes
1. Click the Help button, as shown on the left. The Help for GalaRio
Template Gallery dialog box appears.
2. To search related topics, click the Related Topics button, as shown
on the left, below the current help topic. A list of related topics
appears. Select a topic and click Display to view the topic.
3. Click the Help Topics button, as shown on the left, at the top of the
dialog box to access a list of all help topics.
4. When you have completed your search, click File|Exit to close the
dialog box.
