Setting Printer Color in the VisiMate
System
If you are using the VisiMate™ Specialty Printing System, select one of
the following color settings from the Printer color setting option in
the GalaRio™ application, as shown below, on the Object toolbar:

Monochrome: The application prints all objects in a single color.
Change the color of one object changes the color of all the objects in
the output. In the case of multi-colored objects, the output prints in
shades of the installed ribbon color.

Spot Color: The application prints the objects on the output by the
monochrome ribbon colors you selected. For example, if you want to
print a door sign in red and metallic gold, you can insert a
monochrome red ribbon to print the red lettering you specified on
the output. When the system has completed printing that color, it
will prompt you to insert the metallic gold ribbon to finish the area
you specified in metallic gold.

Full Color: The application prints objects in their original colors
using the CMYK (full color) ribbon. For example, if you wanted to
create a specialty output using metallic ribbons along with full color
ribbons, you would select the Full Color option.
